Founder of the LBI Duplex Team of Long Beach Island with over 36 years experience in investment property sales. James Dooney created the LBI Duplex Letter in 1999 and has helped more LBI Duplex Owners sell their homes than most LBI competitors. Jim is enjoying semi retirement and has passed the Duplex Business on to Gina Laird. Gina has been successfully running the LBI Duplex business for some time now.
Gina Laird has over 25 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. Prior to joining the LBI Duplex Team, she worked as a sales agent on LBI, was a Commercial Property Manager and owned and operated a title insurance company. Gina’s role in the Duplex Team is to provide accurate and up to date pricing of duplexes and handle the listings and sales of duplexes. Gina effectively markets each duplex and is responsible for managing each transaction. She also works with duplex buyers and is editor of the LBI Duplex Letter.
The LBI Duplex Team publishes The LBI Duplex Letter, a monthly newsletter focused on the LBI duplex market. Issues include articles on the operation and investment aspects of duplex ownership as well as a summary of current listings and sales.
